The company was incorporated in the year 1982. The registered head office of the company is located in Errezil, Spain. The firm comprises its business activities in manufacturing small electric appliances and electric housewares, household-type fans, household-type vacuum cleaners, and other electric household-type floor care machines, as well as household-type cooking appliances, laundry equipment, refrigerators, upright and chest freezers, and other electrical and nonelectrical major household-type appliances, such as dishwashers, water heaters, and garbage disposal units. The company operates under the supervision and management of President Juan Luis Uria Epelde.
